Hanna's on Her Way

Rain is pelting down outside. The National Weather Service map for 11:00am (EDT) shows Tropical Storm Hanna sitting on the Virginia-North Carolina border, with what should be the eye (except Hanna doesn't have much of an eye, being a Tropical Storm) a bit west of the Newport News/Virginia Beach area.
