I like "Angie," but it doesn't have that combination of familiarity and emotional charge that I get from "Daniel." I was also thinking about Fleetwood Mac's "Sara" when I was trying to decide what to post.

I love it too. There are a lot of great songs that qualify, like Angie, Alison (Elvis Costello), Eleanor Rigby, Michelle, Roxanne and Ruby Tuesday.

Well, they qualify by having a person's name, but not by being "a favorite" of mine! :-D

I do like "Alison" a lot.
