The 80s, huh? The 80s were when I graduated college (uni, in 1980) and got my first full-time permanent job, practiced Aikido, was in the SCA, met my husband-to-be, and married him (in 1985). And ended up in the emergency room with a 95% blockage of the LAD coronary artery* (link goes to Cleveland Clinic and includes Health Stuff that may be triggering), near the end of the decade. Whee. Good times?

Somehow I don't think that's the kind of thing the meme creator(s) imagined when se decided to ask about a "favorite 80s song."

* Spoiler: I survived, obviously.
