Happy Thanksgiving!

To those in the USA, anyway.

I'm taking a brief break between making mashed foods (mashed potatoes, and mashed sweet potatoes with carrots) and going off to my sister Amy's for Thanksgiving dinner. It's the first of three Thanksgiving dinners we will have this weekend ... something for which we are very grateful!

(We'll have turkey soup and leftovers with family friends tomorrow, and a three-meat blowout buffet at our stepsister-in-law's on Saturday.)

And I am grateful to have you all for friends here online (and in some cases, in person). I hope you are all doing well today, and every day.
