chomiji: Cartoon of chomiji in the style of the Powerpuff Girls (Hotaru - uh oh)

I just upgraded to Firefox 10, and it seems to be allergic to URLs and stuff!

The location bar doesn't have the http:// prefix, so if I copy that to make links, they're borked. Plus, when I hover over a link on a page, I can't see the URL anywhere! (I'm used to having it show up at the bottom of the page.)

I'm looking for fixes, but I'm not finding them!

HELP! I want to know where links are before I go to them! I want to be able to copy and paste URLs without having to type in the protocol prefix manually!

ETA: OK, I found the URL hover ... it's floating off at right bottom. Still can't find the solution to the http:// in the location field.

Hmm, can't help with the first one, but it sounds like an HTML 5 change. :(

eta: I'm still on 9.0.1 for the moment, and it doesn't have http:// in the location bar either, but when I copy/paste the URL to elsewhere, it is included. Hmm.

And the second, well, I've been using Status-4-Evar (add-on/extension) to give me the old status bar at the bottom of the window. It might still help? :)

Haha -- I've just switched to Opera because Firefox is currently full of fail!
