One of my Katsucon photos - the one of the girl in the dress made of Pokemon cards - was posted on a site called Geekologie. In fact, it is still on the front there. That explains why my views count has just exploded, especially on that picture ... .

Man up and act civilized - there are plenty of fannish girls who'd be interested in you if you put in a little effort at controlling your worst tendencies!"

Date: 2011-03-06 06:04 pm (UTC)I have to say, though, that I appreciate that the only guys who seem to have actually showed up on Flickr to comment in response to that (and maybe to the earlier posting I discovered on another geek-guy site, and the Twitter one of them sent ... ) were pretty polite and just generally admiring.
(And the hit count is now up to more than 2,400 ... !)
