I'm doing the online course DW is offering about CSS/S2 layouts, and the first lesson was to exercise the customization wizard that's already built in.

So I've made the rather sad discovery that I can probably do a lot of what I wanted just that way. But I will persevere and see how much more I can learn.

That's kind of cool that they offer an online course!

Is it instructor-led or self-paced?

It's sort of a mix - the lessons are posted up bit by bit, but most people are following along as they go and asking questions. I suppose it will remain online after it's done, and then it will be all self-paced.

It only just started this week. Here's what we've done so far.

Style Class, Session #1: Class Intro - people introducing themselves in comments and saying what their CSS background is

S2 Background and the Customization Wizard - what I did yesterday ... and I found a bug and got 10 DW points for it ... (so did another participant)!

Thank you for the links! I think I'll look into it. I know a little about CSS, but I haven't had a chance to look into S1 or S2 at all. :) Thank you!
