Eh, it was sort of normal-ish ... slept in, hung out with the Mr. until the teenager woke up, went out to lunch with the family to a deli I've known since I was younger than my daughter, then did some late holiday shopping and made mac 'n' cheese for dinner. No cake, but I snarfed the last piece of chocolate peppermint bark.
