Summer Flowers from the Farmers Market!
Jul. 19th, 2009 11:41 amKarl brought me a bouquet too large for one vase. He also bought peaches, tomatoes, and two kinds of bread. A lot of the produce comes from Pennsyvania, and with the milder, cooler weather we've been having, hot weather produce like tomatoes have been slow to ripen.

Date: 2009-07-21 11:52 am (UTC)I think it's a better camera than I am a photographer! The thing that mystifies me is that the picture (telophase's Les Marchands du Desir) looks crooked, but I checked afterward, when I'd moved the flowers to a safer spot, and it wasn't.
The farmers market people put mint into the bouquet so that it would smell nice, too!
