* Outbound email to Hotmail and its associated domains is currently blocked. Hotmail has indicated that mail service should be restored within the next 24-48 hours.

* E-mail delivery from LiveJournal to other providers, as well as notifications (to the LiveJournal Message Center and via TxtLJ and LJ Talk) are also delayed while the backlog of notifications due to the issues with Hotmail is being cleared. LiveJournal Staff expect this backlog issue to be resolved within 24 hours. Thank you for your continued patience with these ongoing issues.
