We have a little het erotica because someone else likes it ... he also bought me at one point a collection of stories from the now-defunct erotica journal Yellow Silk. The one that I really liked in there was a distinctly guilty pleasure because it was about a woman who is thinking of buying the services of a young male prostitute (maybe 15 or 16), but she doesn't have enough money to pay for him to go with her to a hotel room, so she buys 30 (I think that's the number) kisses at a buck a pop ... and manages to make the most of it. A very squirmy idea to me but very well written and affecting thereby.
There's a very odd review of that book you mention, on Amazon - the reviewer gave it 5 stars and then panned it ... . It's amazing how inhibited I still am about the idea of buying a gay sex manual. I need to grow up sometime ... .
