Man-o-manischewitz, we've been having some mongo windstorms lately! Power's out at home, so I've been hanging out at the office. But I think I need to go now.

We experienced a heavy downpour midday just as I went out rather than the high winds you had. Fortunately, the rain had died down by the time I got to the grocery store; it would have been pretty miserable to haul all those groceries in while it was pouring.

I often end up working late on Friday, because I know I can stay up late when I get home, decompressing.
Yeah, I hate having to do the market run when it's wet out, too!
