Would Some Weiß Kreuz / Gravitation Fans Care to Explain This?

(OK, it's for a crossover RPG, I guess. Still, my brain hurts.)

(I found it while I was trying to get a more solid picture in my mind after reading lady_ganesh's recent opus. Bear in mind that I have never seen Weiß Kreuz ... but I have actually read Gravitation.)

Quite an er complex chart. I can see why some of the connections were made (based on either personality or nationality or looks).

In all fairness, I should not make fun of the young person (I am willing to bet the creator is under 20). I used to share a similar fondness for meshing together the family trees of my favorite characters. But I stopped doing it before I was worldly enough to have thought of making a connection like "lovers," especially between two guys!

Thanks for the rec! It stands to reason that there'd be some good stuff out there - some of my favorite Saiyuki fic authors love their Weiss Kreuz.

Given that Weiss Kreuz is the brainchild of a hardcore fanboy voice actor who likes to write what amounts to yaoi fic starring himself and his friends, this crossover really isn't all that unlikely...

I just can't see anyone from Gravi except maybe Eiri Yuki getting together with anyone about whom sincere, angsty fic could be written ... .

I should not make fun of what's probably a very young person ... fish in a barrel, as it were. But the endless connections! Everywhere! OMG!

Suiichi's player at CFUD used to joke about how he and Omi were sekret twins, but...THAT'S NOT WHAT SHE MEANT.

(I always thought it was Omi/Hisoka/Suiichi as sekret triplets.)

I have to say that the only part of Gravi that I found affecting was also the part that I found most shamelessly manipulative: when Shuiichi sacrificed his, um, charms to save Eiri's reputation, and then Hiroshi fixed everything up for him. But then, Hiroshi was probably the only character in there I really liked.

I had a really great Hiro icon ages ago that, I believe, I traded out for this one of Kanda being hot. So many men, so little time.

LOL! The funny thing is, I don't tend to think of any of these characters as hot until I can get into the headspace of another character that would find that person hot. Me-cho isn't that interested in Hakkai, for example, but me-Gojyo is!

I started D. Gray-Man, but got stuck fairly quickly. During the upcoming Saiyuki drought, with SDK over and done, I may have to try re-starting that and FMA.

I'm on V. 17 of FMA now and YES READ THAT. Holy heck is it good. I have to actually stop and read it slowly so I won't miss things and not because it's confusing, because it's PACKED. I was just thinking about how much better it is then Bleach at adding other characters without turning things into 'hey, wait, who is that again?'

I actually never made it through the manga, because Shuiichi was much sweeter and more normal and it make Yuki's asshole behavior read so much more abusive to me I wasn't enjoying myself. The anime seemed more balance. Plus, a slim 13 episodes. And music.
