I guess I need to try the spicy chocolate ... so many people seem to like it! Ginger is the only really spicy kind I've tried, although Green & Black makes an orange-spice bar, Maya Gold.

Other flavorings/ingredients: Aztec (cinnamon, cayenne, very dark and not sweet); raspberries; chai spices; champagne (as in truffles). Etc.
