A Frivolous Post: Funny Bunny

My little girl bunny, Brownie, gave me a good laugh last night. They each get a pineapple-papaya enzyme tablet with their night-time feed of rabbit chow and mixed greens. It's really a dietary supplement - it's supposed to help prevent hairball problems in their guts - but for Brownie, it's crack: the minute she smells it, she has to have it.

So I had dropped a tablet into each bowl as usual, but Brown couldn't find hers. She was getting really agitated - she could obviously smell it, but couldn't get hold of it. She pulled just about all her greens out and threw them on the floor, and chomped on them a couple of times in a very aggravated, angry manner, but didn't eat any. Finally she started casting about her dish a little more widely, and I figured out the problem:

She had been sitting on it.

It must have bounced off the edge of the bowl and between her front feet ... anyway, she did finally find it and munch it up, and was content again. Silly wabbit ... .

The joy in my life is my furry/feathered buddies, and the things that they do. I could just see your little Brownie fussing over her yummy missing treat. Heh.

all my best wishes,
-Resa

Um, once I was taking care of one of my friends' bunny, she litterlly ran for her life everytime I opened the cage.
She was also afraid of my fearless nymp "Plet". My dog has no idea of her own size, and the fact that she has teeth and claws.

but whenever she can't see the bunny, she thinks that the smell of them is wonderful... very odd

They're just adorable. And she's a pretty little baby. You should post more piccys of them as you find the time.

It's a bird. Actually I have no idea of what they are called in english, but the latin is Nymphicus hollandicus and this one looks pretty much like Plet did.

they are about 25 centimeters from head to tail, and Plet used to enjoy taking a walk on Sophies paws^^

Well, Plet was actually very quiet and friendly. She just walked aroud on the doggiepaws^^ I had one once that imitated a burglar alarm. that was very annoying.

Latin is why I rarely bother to learn animal names in other languages. Besides, the latin names are much easier, and tells a lot more about the animal.

Yes, your falut that I am running out of mangaspace! (no, none of the other series has anything to do with this, esp. not Naruto *cough cough*) Bad girl!

You should! And then, when you're all hooked and tired from laughing, you can enjoy some of the pretty remixes(the ones where the chracters doesn't look like kids, but the young men they really are) and add eye-candy to the fun.

Around Track 10 or 11(vol 3) would be a good guess. A lot of things i happening there, and you will either wish that you never started or that you knew what would happen next. Actually I have wanted to do a re-read for a while, but my aunt has snatched the first two volumes... *sigh*

[identity profile] ipperne.livejournal.com 2007-10-06 06:44 pm (UTC)(link)
yeah, guess you could say that^^ actually, I think if you don't get hooked on it, you'll be scared off by all the weirdness way before vol 5^^ also, there's only 12 vols, so 5 is a big part to read and not catch it;)
